Are you a new reader to Hue & Hum? Great! Thanks for stopping by! Here's what you need to know to feel like we've been life long friends. I (Hue) am the sarcastic pen and brush behind this blog. I am an artist, I sell paintings and prints, I am passionate about all things creative, and I sing with Hum occasionally. Hum plays the guitar, he plays in a band called Fictionist who (nbd) just got signed by atlantic records. He is tall and skinny with an insane head of hair and a contagious laugh. We fell for each other when we were teenagers, got married when we were (just barely) not teenagers anymore, and we still kinda like each other (a lot). I blog about our artistic endeavors, the process of creating, being on the road with the band, our dog named Albus (yes, as in Dumbledore, the great wizard), and other ridiculous things because I like to use and abuse the privilege of being able to post whatever I want to on the world wide web.
