What kind of breed is your dog?
Albus is a mini poodle with golden fur, green eyes, a pink nose, minus the bad hair-do. Thanks for asking, we think he's pretty darn cute too.
What kind of camera and lenses do you use for still shots and video?
I use a Nikon d3100 for both stills and video. I use the stock 18-55mm and a fixed 50 mm. Sometimes I post photos from my instagram too.
Do you sell shirts like the ones you make for Hum/will you make one for me?
I am not selling them at the moment, but I'll let you know if I do!
Can I commission you for a painting/what are your prices?
Yes you can! It is hard to tell you prices, it differs from project to project. Feel free to email me with a brief description of your project idea and your budget and I'll email you back your options.
What is Hue & Hum Christmas?
Hum and I love to sing and play music together, so one year we decided, "what the heck. Let's record a christmas CD!" and so we did. You can read past christmas project posts here.
What mediums do you paint with/what is your painting process?
I mostly paint on panel board with gessoed fabric. I start with acrylics and add oils.
Do you listen to music while you paint?
Yes, almost always. Check out my painting playlist series to see some of my favorites.
Can I hire you to do my blog design?
I am not currently doing any blog designs. I'd use my friend Morgan if I were you, she's great!
