ready... set...

I've been working like a crazy lady getting ready for this art market, sheesh!  I always underestimate how much there is to do!  I have everything ready (fingers crossed) for the booth and for a fun portrait station.  I hope to see you there!  And for those of you who have been wondering... prices are in the affordable range ($25-35 ish... and I have a discount option, so please ask!)  For a separate but equally special group of wonderers, I will take a handful of portrait people from out of state!  More news on that... soon...ish.

I painted lots of Fictionist prints today.  They all turned out great and unique, I love them!

I'm excited to be sharing a booth with the lovely Annie of Annily Green at the Bijou Market!

We're dividing her stuff on one side and mine on the other, but watch out - we have some collaborative necklaces that are going to hang right in the middle!

Combining a little Lady Hue with some Annily Green could be out of control.  I hope we don't self combust with awesomeness and set our table on fire.  That would be worst case scenario, of course.  I love all of her stuff and feel lucky that we got to spend an evening working together talking about love, life, and Justin Beiber.

>> Have you heard Justin Bieber's new single, Boyfriend?  Annie and I commiserated/laughed about the "meh"-ness of this song.  First, the rap weirdness (what?), second the lyrics "I could be your buzz lightyear" and "sittin' by the fire, eatin' fondue".  Really?  Come on, Biebs!  But the chorus is pretty catchy, isn't it?
>> I loved this post from when we last talked about the Bieber fever.
>> Remember when Albus had Beaver fever?

I'm looking forward to meeting new people this weekend!  Come say hi!

  8. Bieber's boyfriend song may or may not have been on repeat for me while getting ready the other day. Ha! It's too ridiculous & too catchy not to love. I hope the market went well! xoxo.
