I'm 26!

Happy birthday, dear self.

I'm 26 years old young today!  I do feel pretty young, although I can't believe I am actually in my late twenties... what!!?  I guess I don't have any wrinkles or grey hairs to complain about (yet), but I don't feel as resilient and superman-ish as I used to either.  I can't sleep anywhere on anything, stay up all hours of the night, or eat whatever I want to like I used to.  Sometimes my back hurts, my neck hurts, my stomach hurts, or my head aches (oh, hello grandma!).  I guess that is what it feels like to age?

I am looking forward to my late twenties.  I think the next few years will be filled with adventures, surprises, and exciting challenges.  I feel blessed today to spend the day with people who love me - my husband and my family, and I am grateful for this easter holiday.  I asked my mom to buy stuff for s'mores in lieu of a birthday cake (I love s'mores) and she always makes delicious dinner.  Thanks for sharing the love with me!  I'm sending the good vibes back your way and I hope you all have a lovely day as well.
