A year and a half or so ago I did a little match making. I set up Jacob (the keyboardist in Fictionist) with Audrey (a friend from high school and art school). When the idea came to mind I think I saw fireworks go off in the back of my brain. That's how I knew it was a good idea.
When they went on their first date I waited very patiently to call Jacob at midnight, or whenever they got home. I asked him how it went and he said, "honestly, Hue (he always calls me that, it's weird), that was the best date I have ever been on in my life". Things just got better from there, and they are getting married tomorrow! Woot, woot! Okay, I'm done boasting now, I promise. Aren't they a cute couple?
I told Jacob that I'm glad it worked out so well, and to repay me for my ingenuity and kindness he just has to name his first born after me. It's just a small price to pay for eternal happiness.
I mean, honestly, who wouldn't want to have a little baby Caitlin... right?
This is part of the wedding gift I am planning on giving them tomorrow, I think they will luuuuuuv it!
(On a scale of 1 to 10, how creeped out do you think they will be when they see that I have defiled their engagement photo and photoshopped myself as an infant into their laps?)

I think you're being too generous really... when I set up my sister in law with an old friend from high school I told them if it worked out they owe me their first born child!
